sleeps up to 7. Its location in on the beach front and close
to Slapton Ley nature reserve. There is a large open plan
living area, with a comfy L shaped sofa, coffee tables and
occasional furniture. There is a TV with DVD player and
a selection of books, games and DVDs for guests to enjoy.There
is a dining area for 6 guests, Wifi and complimentary hot
drinks for guests on arrival. The kitche is bright and modern
and is fully equipped including washer/dryer, fridge freezer
and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with bedside cabinets, chest
of drawers, wardrobe and TV. It has an ensuite bathroom
with a bath with overhead shower, toilet, hand basin and
heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, cabinets and
chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 has a triple sleeper with chest
of drawers. The master bathroom is fully tiled with a walk
in shower, hand basin and toilet. There is a communal patio
area at the rear of the property and there is 1 parking
space at the rear of the property.
